Cancellations Policy & Rates

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the timing of your cancellation:

• 31 days or more prior to your trip: You will receive a full refund, including any booking fees (if booked online).
• 30 to 2 days prior: Your deposit and booking fees are non-refundable. (See deposit policy below.)
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: You will be charged 100% of the trip cost.

Our captains monitor conditions closely. Due to rapidly changing weather in our area, cancellations for unsafe weather will be made the afternoon before or the morning of your trip.

Note: If your trip is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid to Bottom Line Charters.

In rare cases, mechanical issues may make a vessel unfit for charter. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately.

Note: If your trip is canceled due to mechanical issues or other safety-related concerns, you will receive a full refund or may opt for a credit toward a future trip, based on your preference.

In the event of inclement weather, mechanical failure, equipment problems, safety concerns, or health issues, the Captain may cancel your trip. You will be given the choice of a full refund or a credit for a future fishing trip.

• Clam Digging Trips: 50% deposit required.
• All Other Trips: 25% deposit required.
